The living room is designed for relaxing. Sit back in the over-stuffed, top quality furniture. Enjoy the gorgeous views from the large picture window, or be entertained with the stereo, satellite TV, VCR and DVD player.
 

Preparing meals is a breeze in the fully-equipped kitchen. Equipment includes new full-size fridge, stove, oven and dishwasher. Also microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and radio/CD player. The kitchen features ample cupboard and counter space, with excellent lighting and ventilation. All dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, linens and dish washing supplies are provided.

The adjacent dining area, with excellent views of the river valley, is furnished with a new dining table with seating for six.
 

Comfort and convenience are priorities in the bedrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with top quality mattress, pillows, bedding and duvets. Two of the bedrooms offer a queen bed, the third has two twins. Double-wide built-in closets offer lots of storage space. Each bedroom has 2 windows to provide abundant ventilation and natural light.

Two full bathrooms, up and down, have a large vanity and full size linen closet. The stacking clothes washer and dryer, located next to the bathroom, simplifies laundry chores. Quality linens, towels, soaps and shampoos are provided.
 

The 60 foot wrap-around deck and screened porch is accessible from either the kitchen or living room. Enjoy morning coffee and beautiful sunrises. Relax with drinks in the evening. Prepare gourmet meals on the propane barbecue and serve them in the screened in covered porch.
 

Essentials include beach towels, beach chairs, telephone, fax machine, electric heat with individual room thermostats, silent running ceiling fans, clock radios in bedrooms, tourist maps and guidebooks.

The walkout lower level consists of a spacious, bright family room, second full bath and large third bedroom.
