Rates and Terms

2008 Weekly Rates – based on 1 to 6 adults

June 14 to September 13: $1650 plus taxes

Reservation Policy

• 50% deposit is required at time of making reservation
• remaining 50% is payable 30 days prior to arrival
• payment by VISA or MasterCard
• stay is for 7 nights
• check in time is Saturday at 4:00 pm
• check out time is Saturday at 10:00 am
• no smoking and no pets
• a fully refundable damage deposit of $500 is required and will be charged on your date of arrival. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days of your check out date.

Cancellation Policy

• 60 days or more, full refund of deposit
• 30 to 60 days, refund of one half of deposit
• less than 30 days, no refund
